New Preconfigured Desktop Computer Warranty
1. Coverage Duration
We, Chiedza Solutions LLC, hereby provide a 3-year warranty for all new prebuilt and preconfigured computers sold by us. This covers systems named and sold as “Chiedza Clarus” & “Chiedza Venator”. This warranty begins from the date of delivery.
2. Covered Components
Our warranty covers the following:
Manufacturing Defects:
We guarantee that your custom-built computer will be free from manufacturing defects incurred under normal use and conditions. If any such defects arise during the warranty period, we will address them promptly.
Examples of manufacturing defects include faulty soldering, misaligned components, or malfunctioning connectors.
Hardware Component Failures:
We stand by the quality of the hardware components used in your custom-built computers. Should any of these components fail due to non-accidental reasons, we will take care of it. This does not include failures due to CPU overclocking.
Covered components include (but are not limited to):
Central Processing Unit (CPU)
Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)
Motherboard
RAM (Random Access Memory)
Storage Drives (SSD, HDD, NVMe)
Power Supply Unit (PSU)
Cooling System (Fans, Heatsinks, Liquid Cooling)
Networking Cards (Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
Expansion Cards (Sound Cards, Capture Cards, etc.)

Accidental Damage:

If your computer takes a tumble, we will still be here to help, but repair costs will be separate.
2. GPU coil whine:
Our warranty does not cover GPU “coil whine”. This is generally regarded as the higher pitched sound a dedicated graphics card can make while operating. Manufacturers of the products themselves do not cover this issue under their warranty and it does not impact performance.
3. Software Issues:
While we ensure that your custom-built computer leaves our store in perfect software condition, we cannot cover issues arising from software installations, updates, or user modifications.
Operating system glitches, software conflicts, and data corruption fall outside the warranty scope.
