Our name, “Chiedza (pronounced chee-ed-za) Solutions” comes from the African Shona word for “light”, such as the light of day or the light within. We believe that by shedding light on technological problems, we can help people understand and resolve them with confidence. This philosophy guides what we do, from offering well explained repair services, computer sales and IT assistance. We understand how essential computers are in daily life and we believe that everyone deserves access to systems they can depend on.
We are a family owned and operated small business since 2023. Our business is passionate about helping people use technology to grow, learn, and connect. Computers have the power to improve our lives immensely through knowledge acquisition. However, when they stop working then that critical aspect of life is interrupted. That’s why we’re committed to offering repair services that extend the life of aging devices whenever possible. We always operate with fairness and honesty at the core of our business.

Do you provide business services?
Yes, we provide IT solutions to businesses. We can provide one-off or contract repairs and maintenance for computer systems. We can also assist with procurement of new systems based on your business requirements.
Do you work on phones and tablets?
Yes, we do fix phones and tablets. Common issues include charging port replacement and screen replacement. Please note that we only use authentic OEM refurbished screens, which increases the cost. This is because many aftermarket screens are lower quality and prone to malfunctioning after some time.
Can you build me a desktop PC?
Yes, we can build a computer that fits your budget for a $150 fee plus component costs. Email us your requirements, preferences and budget to begin. We will send you recommended components and their prices for you to assess.
Do you have a physical location?
No, we operate as a pickup and delivery service. This allows us to repair your devices without you having to travel. However, we do have a postal address for receiving mail and packages.
